A sneap peak into the works i do day to day.
Works
Throughout the years, I've utilized various design software to excel in areas like parametric modeling, freeform modeling, solid modeling, and more. These tools have enabled me to craft precise and adaptable designs, shape intricate forms with creative freedom, and develop three-dimensional representations. This diverse skill set has empowered me to seamlessly integrate different design elements, allowing me to bring creative ideas to life using the range of design software I've worked with over the years.

Designing
Proficient in CAM programming, I routinely apply my ability to create both 3-axis and 5-axis machining operations, in addition to developing additive manufacturing programs, in my daily work. This skill enables me to efficiently produce a wide range of components and prototypes using CNC machines and additive manufacturing techniques as part of my regular tasks.

CAM Programming

Postprocessors
Post-processors (PP) play a crucial role, serving as intermediaries between CAM software and the machine by converting the virtually generated toolpaths into a secure and validated "code" that the machine can understand. I regularly handle the development of postprocessors for various controllers like Sinumerik and Fanuc, as well as different types of machines, including robots.

Digital Twins
Given the utilization of costly machining machines, the imperative to develop a digital model for predictive machining has been steadily increasing. By merging design skills, CAM programming, and even Python programming, it becomes possible to replicate these machines digitally, preempting expensive errors and enhancing precision in the machining process. Creating virtual machines is one such challenging task I absolutely love

Robotic Programming
Lately, my focus has been on the pivotal and expanding task of developing solutions for industrial challenges that involve robots, spanning from initial design to implementation. These solutions play a crucial role in leveraging robots for machining operations and certain additive manufacturing tasks across various industries.
My research primarily revolves around digital manufacturing, with a particular focus on the collaboration of CNC machines and industrial robots. I aim to enhance manufacturing processes, making them more efficient and advanced through these technologies. I am currently working with the TU Chemnitz, machine tools department on the topic of collaborative machining.
